This is a place for all broken grieving hearts to come, its my safe haven and I share this with all of you to be your safe haven. I am hoping through my journey of grieving as well as my real life experiences through grieving I can help all through their darkest hours, to ease the pain a little less, to maybe just give an ear to listen because sometimes that's all we need.

I am willing to bare all to each and everyone who comes to this blog. I want no one to be shy of anything. I want anyone to ask question's, tell their stories with pride. No one will judge you, or think you are different. We are all here going through the same thing GRIEVING. This is my safe haven, your safe haven. The place to heal, to find your smile again. Through this all I am on a journey to writing a book as well "The Grieving Path To Joy".

Soul to Soul

It is not about being a widow nor being stuck in my story that I carry the word widow proudly.  It is about letting the scars of my beauty of a widow shine bright out to those that are in need of light.  I carry the word proud in knowing that it is not about carrying the word widow as baggage but as a gift that opened a world of magic to everything in me.  Today I thought to myself as I sat out in the sunshine, what if all that go through such heartache learn to break that pain with the moment that they are in, to see the life that is around them?  I know for sure that something broke me but broke me in a glorious way when I lost my husband; it is as though his wings touched my heart leaving me with seeing all as a soul not a human.
Today I gasped for air so many moments in time due to the force of good energy that followed me throughout my day to night.   What if losing my husband gifted me something that not all get in this life time?  We all do have our gifts yes but what if it was something that clicked in my soul the day he left his human body?   In this busy life we live it us up to us to know where it is we stand, I mean to truly understand what it is where we are in the moment.
It is deep in my heart I know that what I have gone through is what needs to be used to others that grieve so they too can understand the little of miracles that are trying to speak to them in the dark that they feel.  I know so many of places, people out there do the same as what I do but for me it is different to me I feel you, I hear you, my soul connects to yours to understand what it is you need.  I see so many stories of pain that my heart aches that in that pain they will never see the magic that is right there inside them waiting to be acknowledged yet berried more and more by sadness.  Some people look at me in shock to try and understand why it is I feel the way I do, why it is I am not holding onto the pain like so many does.  I guess that is what makes me different as we all should be.   This is where I truly start wondering, reaching deep into my heart, to understand that I do this all from my heart that from my heart is where nothing but pureness comes out.

I know in all of me my husband passed blessed me with a gift to show, to be unconditional love to those that grieve, he brushed my cheek to awaken my being to allow me to learn all I could to process grief so in return I could be that unconditional love he was and blessed my life with.  As he left me here on earth he guides me now in the spirit world, he more than anyone always seen a gift in me when he was here on earth, he told me that it is all there in me I just needed to believe in myself to see it, to grow it, to use it.
Seeing so many heart aches makes my heart break, seeing that so many are in the same pain I felt breaks me, I want to scream from the top of the mountain to all that grieve to help them, to get to each and every one of those that grieve.   So little by little I will continue to reach out to the hearts all around me, believe in me that it is possible, day by day I keep the dream growing, I let the positive stay upon me to never ever doubting in me is all I need to become the person to grief that I want to be.
I said the other day “I don’t want to be Oprah I just want to be the impact she is to so many to all that grieve”, The uniqueness of who we are is what separates us from the trueness of those that are not out to love but to better themselves.  It is not about putting me on a pedestal at all, it is being able to use that difference in me that is there to be used out into this world to all that grieve.   To remember the love of God works in mysterious ways to bring out the uniqueness in us all, the purpose we carry.  It is the darkest of places is where we have to find that purpose, not to understand but to find, to feel, to grab a hold of to understand yes bad things happen yet letting go of the bad to understand that good that is trying to speak to your heart.

Feeling the pain of loss I know breaks each and every part of your being but your heart always finds the way to be put back together.  Piece by piece it whispers to you, if you are in the pain your ears don’t hear those whispers.  We all feel the word asked by so many WHY???   Do not look for the why look for the where you need to be.  As our loved ones passed leave us on earth they need us to break that pain so we can hear the whispers of our hearts, to understand to fully live the life here on earth in honor of them, to know that all of our lives are far too precious to be in darkness for too long.
I am far from a pro and far from having my bad days yet I know in me my heart walks the walk and wants to see me walk the walk.  Find the gift your heart was touched with and understand what it is it is trying to tell you.   Even in the breaks of pain you will start to find these little whispers if you listen, you will start seeing things that never seen the same as before.  It all comes to you in little pieces day by day only if you are free from pain.  Even if for just a second the little blessings are there reaching out to you.   Everyone has a story, but how many horrific stories is there that have turned it around to see the silver lining?  How many out there have you seen and asked yourself “why can’t that be me?”

NOTE TO ALL:  If we are all souls which we are than how more connected can you be to your loved ones passed if you are taking in all of their soul into you and your life, SuperSoulSunday thank you for that AHA MOMENT.  Our loved ones passed may no longer be here on earth but our souls connect, we truly take in all of them and connect as close as can be soul to soul and carry that with us each day we live.

Are you the real you?

Remembering me as a little girl I remember how everything I looked to was so full of life, the color of the world was bright, and worries were nowhere to be found.  Growing each year I noticed the way of thinking in my mind changed as each year went by.  The beauty of the wind through my hair, the bright vivid colors of the world, the grass that moved with the wind, the laughter at almost anything that came to my attention, all things I seen as a little girl grew becoming more and more invisible as the day I was so very young.  Not really noticing the beauty of it all fading,  I grew taking on life’s lessons to my life not ever taking a second guess those things I once looked to were taking on new perceptions due to what others sculpted me to believe.  Opinions of others took place of what it was I thought of how things should be.  Soon enough looking back there was me sculpted into someone that believed so much in all opinions of others of how I was, it was not how I felt of me , it was how others seen me as.
Being a little girl growing without the love of her father carried a deep burden on my shoulders creating a force field of all positive away from me.  The perceptions, comments, thoughts of others was how I seen how I would be, how I was.  I started to grow yet myself perception was not as it should be, it was not perceived by me; it was by what I had learned from negative thoughts of others.  The scar of being a fatherless daughter went deeper than the heart.  All of my uniqueness, my confidence, self-esteem was not something that grew with me as I got older.  It is so easy to listen to the words so loud all around you if you allow yourself to hear it for so long.  I grew into a lady shy to stand up for what she believed in, shy to speak words to anyone at all, caring too much what others would say if did.  I believe so many people allow letting go of their true selves because the loudness of voices of others all around them, they allow that to become who they are rather than listen to their own mind, their own heart, their own soul.  So many people walk unknown in their life thinking they truly know who they are when all reality it is not them, it is others that have programmed them to feel the way they do.
I look back to the old me to see how happy she is to see that finally I have embraced my own self, my own life, my own love.  Not so many are lucky enough to catch this as they grow In the life they live, these people are the ones that are quick to lash out to those who do know who they are, that do believe in themselves and dreams they bare to grow.  It is in those people that find it hard to see others light shine so bright that can create such a hate in this world due to not letting go of the perceptions of others that created who they are to start understanding for themselves who they are for themselves, to understand who they are on their own.  Who we are is not what others tell us we are, we are the ones that decide who we are, we are responsible for growing into life as how we see it, how we feel it, how are heart is whispering to us to let us know who we are.

While we live our life is so important to embrace the lessons shown to us as we go step by step through the days of life we live, yet what lessons are truly being embraced if the person you are is not who you should be?, what are we learning if we take those lessons perceived of how others programmed our mind?, we do not learn what our heart and soul need to be to be the unique person we are on this earth to be.  It’s not about what happened to you, it’s not about what you went through, it about knows in your heart how it was truly how you made it through all you did by being your true self, not by what others created you to be.  If it took me 35 years to find out, to reprogram those voices to hear my own, what if others don’t realise at all?  Once you start it is as though being born again, growing again, seeing life through your own eyes, finding your wholeness, it is as though life has opened to be seen as a whole new brighter different world then you see so long ago through the eyes of how others made you see it.  It is not easy, yet growing to be the true you is work, hard work that is never over.  That to me also reminds me that it is possible so many let themselves be controlled by others due to being your own authentic self is hard work that goes on each and every day you wake.  Is that why we allow ourselves to let go to be someone else?  Hard work scares our inner strength?  I take notice in so many of things that it takes my breath away when I remember the day my heart had open, the day I found the true me and chose to continue to find that true me.
We all are here to be different, instilled in us is a purpose, those that believe who they are by others will never find that unique purpose they were brought to this world to do, it’s upsetting in a way because each our purpose is what helps the world grow to be the strongest, loving, brightest it can be.  Those that perceive who they are by what they went through, hard times to deal with, pain that they get stuck in are those that need to be freed of the perception they are not who their stories are.  People stuck in their stories need to find who they feel they are and let go to what others tell them they are or should do.  The validations of others are not where you are, it is not what you need to become who you really are.   The validation of your own you is what need to be heard.  Look at the people around you; are they the ones that grew in your life?  NO it is you that grew in your life.  Most may feel it’s scary to be who they are due to judgement of others, that was my problem to that I say it is not their dreams you are trying to conquer, it is not them who try to be you, the uniqueness of you opens doors to the real you, it opens the doors special designed for your soul.

How does our soul ever grow if we hold on to things that aren’t really who the true person we need to be is?  It is after all our soul that needs to bring in all lessons to our truly divine self in order to fully grow and become who it is you always dreamed to be.  It’s hard work yes, but to see yourself smile, believing in the real true you is a little miracle all on its own.  In the hard work lays magic each true step you walk through life.  That means bearing all the pains in the world that come your way, it is in seeing the real you the strength to make it through to see the blessings to your life, to keep seeing life in vivid color, open heart, full of love is how you turn the pain around to see the magic that is.  Like I mention to those that grieve is the same to anyone there is two places you hold things, your mind, your heart, it is within your heart you will change the place in your mind on who you really truly are, it is in your heart you change the perception of how others made you become who they wanted you to be.

The saying “why would you want to blend in, when you should stand out” is a saying that should speak to everyone’s heart, we are all here to stand out, it is in the standing out you help others understand that they too are here to be unique, to live life using what it is they have in them to reach out into this world to touch hearts of so many that are lost, that blend in.  It is up to us to be our authentic self to make this world a place of unconditional love, a place where judgement is nothing but a word, a word with no meaning, no value.   What is it you feel, see, hear, smell all around you, if it is nothing that touches you in some way then that is when you know your true self is being held hostage to what others made you believe who you are.
If you feel things that you come across and feel in your heart meanings to certain things you see, feel, smell, hear than you truly understand the lessons that have been given to you have been given to the true inner you.  To hear the birds and smile, to feel a special feeling to a song that brings back memories of a special moment, to smell the flowers to smile knowing life is growing all around you, to see the uniqueness in the world all-around you is when you know your heart is authentically your own, to understand that in that area is where magic happens, where miracles unfold.  To hold on to the scars that linger deeply inside you is to stay stuck in the life where you need to be growing, being proud to show the world those scars of beauty is to truly let go to continue finding bits and pieces of the true you.   It is so very hard to carry the burden of some of life’s painful lessons yet it’s even more wondrous to let go to find the beauty of you growing in the direction you always wanted to be.  Once you learn to let grow, accept, move forward you start to see the bliss of how your life was always meant to be, it has always been there but you just had to let go, feel your heart, let the voices of others in your mind go.  Pain is crippling to our heart, mind, body, soul yet to feel that pain to turn into positive is really where the lessons start to talk to your soul.
Don’t let the perception of who others set you to be keep you from owning the truth of you, the real you, the unique, different you.   Everyone put here on this earth is to be different, yet to others being different is something that is scary, it’s looked at as to be odd, not right when in all actuality they too are different yet just haven’t seen it yet.  Growing to become the real you is a blessing given to you the day you were born, to use your uniqueness to help out everyone in this world.  I am happy to say that after 35 years I am happy to do the hard work, the day I truly opened my eyes I could not go through life fast enough to embrace the magic all around me.  I look back to the little girl who was really herself to smile knowing she is back where she should be.   Losing my husband was how I found out who the real true me was, losing him opened me up to find the real purpose of my life, pain is not pain, pain will set you free.

When you look to another to find yourself thinking “weird”, erase that thought to understand no not weird it is them being the unique person they were gifted with.   It is really what we all are gifted with but some of us choose to blend in order to not be judged or looked at to be different, like an outcast.  Take that child in you to hold on to it through the life as you grow, it’s in your inner child is where the true you lays, where your pure of love lingers, where your true purpose lives.  Breaking the mold is what it is all about, I’d rather break the mold any day than be branded as a twin to something the same.  It is never too late to wake up to find the real you, I just hope many will notice it and break the mould that others made them to be.

Remember the two places of sacredness your heart, your mind, in those two places is where we can change the ways of our thinking.  In your heart will always lay the authentic you trying to break free, allow your mind to hear those words speaking from your heart.  I know I am different, I know what it is my heart loves is different, that others will never understand why it is I do what I do but I also know it is ok due to the fact that it is the realness of the purpose that I was blessed with.  Grieving is tough for those to engage I get that, but not ever will I let others make me shy from what it is that is the real of myself, I’d rather touch the millions of hearts that grieve then let others mould me into what it is they think I should be doing or be.  What’s your hearts love telling you to do?  Do not ignore it to embrace it, do not ignore it because you may feel others will not agree it is right, our purposes have no right no wrong our purpose is a gift gifted specifically to us to reach out into the world to use.
Embracing your purpose branches out to oh so many other purposes that you could never think possible.  Don’t be trapped by the thoughts of others because what is ahead for you is so much more.  Find the uniqueness in you to let it shine bright out to the world, it is in that brightness others will no longer be afraid and let their own shine bright with yours.  Letting go of the perception of who you should be allows others to set themselves free as well.  “We are not our stories”, “we are not our past”, we are not limited in time to reach our dreams, dreams have no age, it is never too late to be YOU and the real true you.  Look deep into your pain to find the light that is trying to shine onto you.

NOTE TO ALL:  Don't sacrifice the real you for anyone because the gifts that lay in your future are to be forgotten, invisible to the eye.   The magic happens where the real true you takes action in knowing that yes, that is really truly you.  Being you allows lives to be saved, it allows others to understand it is ok to be who they are.  Find your bright light in the pain you bare.

Letter From a Twenty-two Year Old

Letter from a 22 Year Old

My Handsome Froggy

My Life changed the day I looked into your eyes, that was the day I found out that dreams were actually real, that they do come true.  I thought my life was cursed when it came to relationships but you proved that was wrong the day you touched my heart.

I know you feel how much I am grateful for you, if you feel the love as I do.  I close my eyes at night knowing when I wake up it is you that I will see.  If anyone else, I would never want to wake up.  My heart, my soul, my spirit, all spell out your name and long for your gentle touch.

I just can’t believe my heart can love as much as it does for you.  Without you my heart cannot function.  My heart could never love another in life; it only beats as one with yours.  I never want anyone but you, my true, strong, unconditional beloved.  Froggy my heart and all I have will always want to be with and love you.  You are my dream I have dreamed of since a little girl.  That man who rescues you from all bad.   Your my froggy I kissed and turned into a prince (ha ha ha)

I love you so much; I will always be here with you for you.  Love me.
written 13 years ago

This was my 22 year old self writing a letter to my husband passed after just moving into our apartment together for the first time.  Froggy yes that is a word I sometimes called him, for the reason of kissing a frog and finding your prince charming.  Just recently it has been two years since he has passed and thought of the impact of this letter that it had on me on the day I found it going through things, to see he kept this for so long made me smile to know it definitely stayed with his heart.

As I looked down at his resting place remembering memories, remembering how in the note I said “I could never live without him” I realised here I am without him, yet still breathing, still smiling, some days maybe hard yet here I was striving through my days, opening doors to things never thought of, making a life full of abundance, joy, dream catching, unconditional love.  I knew why it was this way, why I was still thriving, it was because I knew our love never left to go anywhere, our place we share of love never left.  I understood that in this life I am living he is not seen but felt, he is all around me in the empty space I breathe, he is all around me being my guidance, my strength, my guardian, where he is now there are things that are of essence he can reach that could not here on earth.

On this day it was felt just as it did the day I lost him, every year it is felt the exact same way, yet things are done differently as you go along, things are celebrated to their life, the feeling of that loss will never feel any different than it did the day you lost them, it’s the in between of it all you yourself finds a place for that pain, in that space you find more and more of the strength you carry in each, every moment of times of significances to you along with your loved ones passed.  You understand “yes the pains of the important dates are with you, yet it doesn’t ever interfere with that special place you hold your unconditional love you share.  It’s in the tears that fall that soon remind you it is not tears where you share your love.   Sometimes you can even find yourself smiling in knowing that the love you share is brighter than pain that tries to invade that space.  On this day I played his favorite songs, remembered his smile, the joy the music brought  to his face, I remembered us, I remembered the love that was the force field to all pain, negativity, darkness that lingered trying to invade.

In it all in all actuality you find two very special places in you, the place where you share your unconditional love, the place where you store as well as feel the pain.  In both areas never do they collide.  Pain tries to invade that sacred place but diminishes in time as fast as it tried to creep in.  Try to understand that when you miss them that they are with you, although you miss their presence just know it is their soul you are connected to.
Each anniversary, special moment, holiday, it is always going to feel like just yesterday you lost them but know in that place you share your unconditional love is where the magic happens.  Yes the hardest of it all is missing their presence, their smile, their being with you, yet through that all the most of importance is their soul that always hugs your hurt, lights up your world, brightens your light.
It is hard to not feel that pain yet that pain never really lasts long due to the special place of love you have within you for your loved one passed, soon after the pain subsides to let you know “yes, yes it is our love that takes on that battle to win each and every time.  In our pain it is known to be seen the most of magical things if you allow your whole being find your light, love, happiness in the place you lost it.  Don’t mistake the places you hold in you of your sacred place of love with where you hold the place of pain.

A poem I found that spoke to my heart deeply

Hugs From Heaven

by Anonymous

When you feel a gentle breeze
Caress you when you sigh
It's a hug sent from Heaven
From a loved one way up high

If a soft and tender raindrop
...
Lands upon your nose
They've added a small kiss
As frail as a rose

If a song you hear fills you
With a feeling of sweet love
It's a hug sent from Heaven
From someone special up above

If you awaken in the morning
To a bluebird's chirping song
It's music sent from Heaven
To cheer you all day long

If tiny little snowflakes
Land upon your face
It's a hug sent from Heaven
Trimmed with Angel lace

So keep the joy in your heart
If you're lonely my dear friend
Hugs that are sent from Heaven
A broken heart will mend

On this day of two years I remember how it was just the same on the one year mark, I remembered how my heart shattered on the day I lost my husband passed the memories never faded still crystal clear as the day it happened.  Although each year the space where I store my pain stays there, I take my deep breath, look around grab in that pain the new piece of strength as well as knowledge, move forward to reaching into to the sacred place where we share our love to hold on to that spot.  I stand in my light, I know beside me my light shines brighter each year shared with my husband passed.
I remember each year I have always picked myself up each and every time I fell to understand unconditional love is a gift, in it lays magic to your soul, your life, your heart.  Pain yes is unbearable yet switching sides to your sacred place turns off the switch but yet sends to your thoughts what is you needed to gain while you felt that pain allowing you to step further and further ahead stronger and stronger each time.  That day I remembered how it was the day I was blessed with unconditional love, I remembered all of him, I remembered how bright his soul was, how it was his soul that what was truly who he was, who he is.
Each significant factor in our life together I remember to take those moments to live them out still, even if just me I know not far from it all my husband passed smiles knowing I still celebrate things he loved doing here on earth.  Through the love I feel the warmth in me; I feel my heart beat in tune with his.  Empty space is not empty space; it is your loved ones passed all around in that empty space we cannot see.  Breathe in that empty space and smile.

NOTE TO ALL:  Find it in you to know the difference between the spaces we keep our sacred love and where we keep the pain, known in your heart that the pain always will give to you a piece of strength as well as knowledge each time you feel it, the pain can never take up that sacred place of unconditional love where your loved ones lay in you.  It's through it all your light flickers to become one with the love you share.  Their light continues on in you shinning to the very ends of the world, letting all know unconditional love lies within you.

This was a huge Aha for me

When I first lost my husband I ran across this article and right as I was reading it the lights came on inside me, right away I felt all of me feel him and his presence.   From that day forward I did my best to understand that for him to feel my pain would leave him stuck unable to grow where ever he was, I wanted him to be the best at all he did where he was, so all of me each day focused on him being the greatest at all he did where he was, all of me felt that in the pain we lose the signs the great signs all around so I fought hard to rise above the pain and just feel our love.  Let the unconditional love open your heart to see the things you can't while you let the pain consume you.  Find that love that you share to hold on to it and never let the pain take up that space where only your love needs to be.
This is to offer guidance, support and knowledge to those who have lost a dear one or know someone who has lost a dear one.

How does one deal with sorrow?

On Earth, everyone has to face sorrow at some time or another. It is almost too much to bear the loss of a loved one, but somehow you HAVE to face this tough time and live this life of yours on Earth in the best possible manner. What you need is consolation, courage and love from people around you. In those times you have to make up your mind to gather strength and comfort by helping someone else in their grief, sickness or other problem. Do something in any way and overcome your sorrow.

Man is a soul

You need to understand a basic truth - your soul is eternal, imperishable, undying, and indestructible, your physical body on the other hand is temporary, perishable and subject to decay. Your soul is invisible within your body and matures through experiences over many lifetimes. The soul is the real YOU.

Earth is merely the soul’s temporary school. The spirit world is your TRUE home

The soul matures over many lifetimes. If you can accept the fact that there is life after death, then death becomes not the dreaded end of life, but a moment of change when you shrug off your Earthly body and emerge as a spirit being to a life in the spirit world.

Death is simply a means of returning to your true home - the Spirit World. It is like finally graduating from school after undergoing many difficult exams and returning home. During life on Earth you go through various problems, pain, difficulties, miseries, etc. Without these experiences the soul cannot mature. The physical body is like a car which takes you from one experience to another. When death comes, your physical body, which has fulfilled its purpose, is severed from your spirit body, and your soul goes on as part of its eternal pilgrimage. The (good) soul who has suffered in his worldly life finds himself in a beautiful place filled with light and happiness like he has never experienced on Earth.

You are not alone

Remember also that your departed dear one is with you, you are not alone. The one who you love and who loves you has left you physically but not spiritually. He can see you and hear you even though you cannot see him. With death, he has just discarded his physical body as you would discard an old coat. Your loved one has only travelled to a new land where he will wait for you. You should also not assume that the departed loved one has lost more than he has gained.

To grieve is not an expression of love

It is not wrong to love and miss your loved ones, but it is wrong to keep mourning and grieving for them forever. It is natural that a wound will bleed for sometime but after a while it will stop bleeding and will heal. You have to understand that grieving indefinitely is wrong for the reasons mentioned below:

1. Grief is actually quite SELFISH. When you grieve constantly you make your departed loved ones in the Spirit World miserable to see you so unhappy. In fact, grief creates a barrier and makes it more difficult for them to get close to you and help you. By mourning you retard the growth of the departed soul as you are not allowing them to do their work. They will be worried about you and will be unable to concentrate on doing their work in the spirit world.

2. Grief is self-centred. Your grief and tears of mourning are only shed for yourself. You mourn as you wonder how you will manage by yourself. What YOU will do without them or who will look after and provide for you or help YOU now that the loved one is no more.

3. Grief causes negativity. Grieving changes your state of mind from positive to negative. This negativity within causes you ill health and will lead to various diseases.

4. Grief can result from lack of knowledge: Some believe that your departed loved one will be happy if you grieve for them. You feel guilty if they don’t grieve for your departed loved one – you feel that you are being disloyal. This is ignorance - a wrong understanding. Your departed love one wants you to remember them and talk to them and cherish the happy memories of all the joyful moments that you have shared together, but they NEVER want you to grieve for them and become negative, guilt is a very negative emotion.

5. Grief clouds your mind. You are unable to see what is right and what is wrong as your mind is not clear and positive. Thus your judgement becomes weak.

6. Grief makes you forget your duty. When you grieve you are focused on your own feelings, and you forget to even do your duty to your loved ones who are still on Earth. In your own gloom you will make the lives of others gloomy.

7. Grief is a lack of faith. It means you have no faith, you do not believe that there is life after death and that every soul must eventually return to the spirit world. It means you do not understand the true purpose of life on Earth.

Tough jobs are for tough people

Just as you face harder and harder tests as you gain knowledge and experience through your years from school to college. Harder tests and training are assigned to those who are competent to successfully execute them. Face your trials courageously. Overcome your grief. Nothing on Earth is really yours. There is always a higher power, which may remove, in one way or another, what you claim as yours, without consulting you.

If you wish to help your loved ones then pray for them, as your love and prayers will aid their progress. Try to forget your own misery by giving happiness to others.

1. Light a candle in someone Else's dark hour. Remember that your departed loved ones are by your side helping you in all the good work that you do. The time that is wasted in your soul's development can never be regained and there is so much that needs to be done. Do good always and try not to leave any good work undone.

2. Think wisely before you help others. You should not cause them further pain instead of consoling them. When people are miserable they may insult you or try to avoid you. Be tactful, understanding and loving.

3. You must not give of yourself to another so completely that you are drained of strength, balance and the power of decision making. Nor must you support those who are shirking their own tasks or refusing to exert themselves for others.

4. You have to SHARE their miseries and your own. Upon sharing you will see that half of your misery and theirs will have disappeared. Make the best of the worst.

5. You must also try and get back into your normal day-to-day activities.

6. You will experience immense joy when you find that you are ready to sacrifice even a little of yourself for others. To live for one’s self is to destroy one’s self.

7. Show courage in meeting and enduring your trials. Promise yourself to be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.

8. PRAY. Prayer when rightly understood and wisely directed can be of invaluable assistance to the dead. Sincere, loving and selfless prayer is to them a source of strength, relief and happiness.

Nothing can separate you from your loved ones. By death you lose not your loved ones but the power to see and hear them. Ties of true affection are eternal and when you sleep you reunite with many of your loved ones in the Spirit World.

Begin today to live your life with such perfection that the inspiration you provide will set others on the same marvellously dedicated course that you follow.

If you feel miserable go out and do something for someone else!

NOTE TO ALL:  It is so very hard to ignore that pain but if you find that special place of loved shared by you and your loved one passed the pain has no longer no more room to fit in that space, it is hard yes, that love will give you all the strength you need to find that space of love shared by you both each time you feel the pain unbearable.
