This is a place for all broken grieving hearts to come, its my safe haven and I share this with all of you to be your safe haven. I am hoping through my journey of grieving as well as my real life experiences through grieving I can help all through their darkest hours, to ease the pain a little less, to maybe just give an ear to listen because sometimes that's all we need.

I am willing to bare all to each and everyone who comes to this blog. I want no one to be shy of anything. I want anyone to ask question's, tell their stories with pride. No one will judge you, or think you are different. We are all here going through the same thing GRIEVING. This is my safe haven, your safe haven. The place to heal, to find your smile again. Through this all I am on a journey to writing a book as well "The Grieving Path To Joy".

About

A little about me and why I'm here

I am a young Widow here to reach out to all grieving hearts, to let all know that the most beautifulest things can come out of your worse pain if only you open your mind. heart and soul to everything that is around you.  I am here to reach out to all, to share what has happened through my experiences to help everyone who gathers here, so everyone knows that they are not alone, they are not different nor abnormal for the feelings they may be feeling.  It is my PASSION to be here and reach all grieving in their time of pain.  Most of all it is due to my daughter that I strive for nothing but the best and the best possible life we deserve.

I want everyone to know that although you feel as though your hopes are gone, they never ever leave you, that as time goes by you will start to notice they will come back to touch your heart little, by little.  I want to build a place of comfort as well as true, sincere compassion to everyone hurting.  I want for everyone to know I am here, that I will always be here to reach out and show you that your never ALONE.

Through my journey of grieving it has come to my attention to always wrap yourself with those who love you truly, to allow yourself to be with family, friends, to just always accept love in your life no matter how hard your day may be.  Through this road of grieving I've noticed that it truly is the ones that stick by you that help mend your pain as well as shattered heart.

I believe that society really tries very hard to comfort and be there for you but the ways about things they bring to us Widows can be very cold, I believe if faced with a person who truly has been through the experience then that is the true way to understand and embrace all grieving.

I am so grateful to of met the most beautiful people through this journey, OwnAmbassadors, OWNTV/OWNCANADA, its through them all I have come to realise that true friendships do exist that through the love your heart starts to heal.  I am thankful to Oprah for her larger than life WISDOM she shares to the world to build a better life.  Harpo Studio calling me was what made me realise my AHA MOMENT, what has lay ed in me for a long time MY PASSION, MY PURPOSE, that would be being here, reaching out to all of you, sending my love to each and everyone out there grieving, from building to this blog to create a wonderful, peaceful Safe Haven you all can call home.  Most of all having the internet at our fingers can be of great help to us, a wise place to seek comfort and inspiration would be at Doreen Virtue, Wayne Dyer, Joel Osteen, Jonas Elrod, Amy Weiss, all those that lift your heart to understand there is so much more after this earth life that we leave.  There are many beautiful places in reach of your finger tips to see comfort, compassion and most of all being around those that understand you.
